Bowl Meditation

26 November – 17 December

Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls. They’re subtle but mighty.

They unwind your nervous system. They invite release.

Their resonance spirals through your field.

They gently remind you of the peace you can find, just below the surface.


Gong Meditation

15 October – 12 November

I’m bringing back the shimmering loveliness of the gong for the next 4 weeks at Yoga Farm.

I love the range of it’s resonance. Its presence in the room is commanding, golden and full of love – it’s quite the experience.

I’m looking forward to spending time with this magnificent instrument.


UnLearn Retreat

20 September

This was magic. It booked out almost as soon as it was offered and with good reason.

We had a day with 10 beautiful souls who dove deep into releasing old stories about themselves and their world.

Slow Flow Yoga, Equine Therapy, Clay work, Shamanic Drumming and Yin Yoga.

Not to mention amaaaazing food, check out that breakfast spread in the photo!

It was packed full of goodness and I can’t wait to be part of the next offering.


Drumming meditation is back!

17 September – 8 October

Oh I couldn’t resist. I had to bring back the wonderful frequency of the drum.

We all had such a powerful experience with it. It surprised so many people with what it brought up, how easily it brought people to a place of steady calm and deep meditation.

Come and feel it for yourself. Feel how your body responds to such loving steadiness.


Meditation with Tibetan Bowls and Monolini

13 August – 3 September

What a beautiful combination. Tibetan bowls have an incredible resonance. Delicate singing frequencies just lull the body into peace.

The monolini is a magical instrument – every time I use it in a Sound Bath or meditation gathering I get comments about its beauty. Or people will wonder what that amazing sound was. It creates a quality in a room that grounds and calms.

I’m so looking forward to bringing these two powerful instruments to this month of meditation gathering. See you there.


Gong Meditation

16 July – 6 August

Following on from the wonderful four weeks of drumming meditation, it’s now the season of the gong!

The gong’s energy is powerful but shimmering. It resonates through the body and settles it into a state of deep restoration.

Unlike the drum, where I feel you need to meet the rhythm and be alive to what it brings up, the gong is an instrument that wants to gently restore your energy.

Lie down and be released into the beautiful glittering frequencies of the gong.

Yin Yoga and Drum

13 July at Yoga Farm

The month of drumming meditation was so successful Anna (from Yoga Farm) and I decided to combine Yin Yoga with drum for a special holiday treat.

And it was what we’d hoped it would be.

Getting folks settled in the deep relaxation that Yin offers followed by the steady drumming and its magic.

I have always loved the drum. It had amazing power to still the mind and enable deep insights, fresh understanding and a deeper connection to Self.

Being in Play Workshop

26 April

There’s an intersection between play and meditation. 

How you play a game is an elegant window into how you play in the world.

Does it hurt to lose? And how do you respond to the hurt? Blame someone else, retreat, or never really engage with the play at all – just in case?

Games reveal something in us. Meditation helps us to notice and own that something.

James and I have developed an exciting way to get these two things  – games and meditation – to play together. We’d love you to join us. A morning of games (not board games, we’re talking on your feet body-engaged games).

It was beautiful. The stillness of early morning and the gentle attention from these powerful animals.

Being in Meditation

A term of sitting together.

From July 25th.

Meditation is a simple, powerful way to get in touch with our bodies our instincts and our energy. 

And when we meditate in a group, it’s even more powerful.

I’m excited to let you know I’m starting a 9 week meditation group at Yoga Farm.

It starts on Thursday 25th of July.

We’ll tune in to what our body and system wants to say.

There will be guided meditations from me with support from my Tibetan Singing Bowls.

  • Allowing all things to just be.
  • Compassionate listening to ourselves.

If you’re new to meditation, awesome. There’s nothing fancy about it. Come and sit with us. 

If you’re an old hand, awesome. You already know how good it is to sit with others.

The foundation of the workshop is learning how to be safe with all of our human-ness, the uncomfortable feelings as well as the joy.
